Ideal Protein Protocol

For clients enrolled in the Ideal Protein protocol, coaching is provided in accordance with the structured Ideal Protein program under the oversight of our Medical Director. The Ideal Protein protocol is a nutritional program and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Clients with pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, or eating disorders, must obtain clearance from their physician before starting the program.

AI-Assisted Coaching

Our portal uses artificial intelligence to assist in drafting coaching responses. All AI-assisted content is reviewed by a human coach before delivery. AI-assisted coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you experience any medical symptoms, side effects, or health concerns, contact your healthcare provider immediately.

Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not use our coaching portal or messaging features to report medical emergencies. Our coaching service is not equipped to handle emergency medical situations.
