Our Services

Now Keep It Off provides online wellness coaching services, including weekly check-in reviews, personalized coaching responses, access to a client portal, and optional live coaching sessions. Our services are designed to support your wellness journey and are not a substitute for medical care.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. You agree not to share your login link or account access with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Payments and Subscriptions

Coaching programs are purchased through our Shopify store. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable subscription period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact coach@nowkeepitoff.com with any billing concerns.

Coaching Relationship

Our coaches provide wellness and nutritional support, not medical advice. The coaching relationship is not a licensed healthcare provider relationship. Coaches may use AI-assisted tools to draft responses, which are reviewed before delivery.

We strive to respond to check-ins within 48 business hours. Response times may vary during holidays or periods of high volume.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose, share your account access with others, submit false or misleading information in your check-ins, attempt to access other clients' data, reverse engineer or scrape our platform, or use our services if you are under 18 years of age.

Intellectual Property

All content on nowkeepitoff.com, including text, design, software, and branding, is the property of Now Keep It Off and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Now Keep It Off is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific health or weight loss results. Individual results vary based on many factors including adherence, health conditions, and lifestyle.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward coaches or staff, or fail to pay for your subscription. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
