Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Google Sheets for coaching records. All data is stored in the United States.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and improve your experience. We use Klaviyo for email marketing, which may track email opens and clicks. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (marketing email), Shopify (e-commerce and payments), Google Sheets (coaching records), and Vercel (website hosting).
